Community Benefits
We believe a successful project starts with listening. That’s why we tailor our approach to reflect the values and priorities of the local community. From new construction jobs to long-term tax revenue, this project is built to create real, lasting benefits, not just for participating landowners, but for the entire community.
We expect to generate hundreds of well-paying jobs during construction and will prioritize hiring local workers and contracting with area businesses. And once built, Geenex will provide consistent tax revenue to support local schools, emergency services, and roads, resources that help keep rural communities strong and self-reliant.
But our commitment doesn’t stop at the economics. In other project communities, Geenex volunteers with local non profits, sponsors community events, and offers grants and scholarship programs that support everything from local businesses to high school graduates. We bring that same mindset here, focused on showing up, pitching in, and being a trusted long-term partner in the community.

Land Benefits
At Geenex, we treat the land with the same respect as the people who have farmed and cared for it for generations. Our approach prioritizes restoration, not disruption—planting native grasses and pollinator-friendly vegetation that help rebuild soil health, reduce erosion, and support biodiversity.
Because the land isn't permanently altered, it has time to rest and recover beneath the panels, offering long-term benefits. When the project reaches the end of its life, the land can be responsibly returned to agricultural use. Geenex allows landowners to generate income today, while preserving the condition of the land for tomorrow.
